The old HK. It has so much more character, this is one of the last few store still remain the same way of cooking and food still taste the same from 38 years ago....ahhah...I dono how it taste 38 yeasrs ago

My all time favorite:

Pork Burger (豬扒包) - Pork chop is tasty and tender. The bun is a hamburger bun but somehow reminds me a little of a English muffin. Overall pretty good but I think the pork should either have a
thicker batter or be slightly thicker...hahah, value added;) 

Fish Burger (魚柳包) - It's juicy, crispy all at the same time. It went so well with the white sauce. 

This uncle with the lovely wife, have been running this store for 38 years! Thank God, he is still passionate and happy....Miss it already:)
